Once the computer technician isolates the problem, he or she can begin the repair work. This could involve such things as updating the software, changing the settings or replacing parts. If the problem is still not fixed, then start the troubleshooting process all over. Although this is often time consuming, eventually logic will prevail.
Experienced computer technicians have learned over time that just because you find and repair the computer problem that occasionally not everything is totally fixed. Sometimes fixing a problem reveals other problems masked by the original problem or even causes new ones. Always run the computer yourself to test for problems and then have the client test it, so you know everything is operating normally.
